Chris has been in corporate management for companies like American Express and IBM for the last 20 years. This gives him a distinct advantage over other real estate agents when it comes to negotiations with large banks over short sales. He knows the personal and emotional impact the current market has caused for so many people and is passionate about helping families get out of a bad situation and have the freedom to start a new chapter in their life. As the father of two school-aged boys, when he's not busy teaching them to ride a bike or coaching the CCV Stars soccer team, he can often be seen hiking the mountains around his home community of West Wing Mountain, smacking a few golf balls out on the local Arrowhead Legends course or taking his lovely wife out for a meal.

Michelle is a 6th generation Native Arizonan and has a love of the valley like no other. She spent her formative years in Southern California, and while the ocean breeze still occasionally calls her name, she longed to return to her desert dweller roots and has been back home in Arizona for the last 14 years. 

She has a passion for design, architechture and houses in general and left a career in executive management with a local HR firm to put that passion in to the real estate profession. Building an HR business from the ground up, Michelle is a tech savvy gal who brings to the table extensive experience in marketing and social media and puts that to work for you. From years in the service industry, she is committed to finding solutions that are right for you.In her spare time, Michelle loves spending time volunteering at WestWing Elementary, helping out with the local PTSA, baking, occasionally scrapbooking and hiking with her hubby.

 

Rosalind Rivera is a native of Arizona; married, a mother of 3 grown children and grandma to 4 grandchildren. Before getting her Real Estate License in 2001, she worked in the banking industry, the City Of Phoenix and volunteered then worked with the Arizona Refugee Community Center.

She believes Arizona has a lot to offer, with its desert climate, diverse community and affordable housing. Today, she is an active board member of a new non-profit, Iraqi American Society for Peace and Friendship, which mission is to help integrate Iraqi’s who fled Iraq during the war into their new community.  Because of her involvement with people from various backgrounds and needs she has strong negotiating and advocacy skills that are important in the real estate market.
